Is a small group setting the best for your fitness level? Join us at our Almaden gym space for our semi-private class with 2-4 members. All levels and abilities are welcome. At these sessions we focus on a mobility, stability, and strength training for women. Free trial available here
Equipment we provide: TRX, TRX rip trainer, Kettlebells, Bosu Ball, battle ropes, Blaze Pods free weights, barbell and more.

Congrats! You are ready to get your training to the next level. First, register on our online booking system here. Then, we will book free virtual consultation to make sure we can fit your needs with our staff.
Great news, we have several openings in our classes on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays. These classes are designed for 2-4 members. You can download a free trial pass here and book an available opening. Then we will do a virtual consultation to go through our program.
Please bring water and wear comfortable clothing. In our Almaden studio, all equipment and mats are provided.
We have taken additional certifications and have helped many clients in both the prenatal and postpartum stages. We offer a Perinatal package to work one on one with you to make sure you know how to safely workout post-baby and preparing for a healthy birth.
Yet, it is required that you have a doctor’s clearance to participate in our services.
Please be aware that if you need to move or cancel any booking you MUST do so at least 12 hours in advance for personal training sessions and 12 hours in advance for semi-private classes. Late cancellations or no shows will be charged. Otherwise, you may lose any fees you have already paid.
